Refund Policy


30-day return guarantee

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on used products and due to the custom nature of this product we do not offer exchanges, however stay tuned as there may be a re release by popular demand.

The item can be returned for a refund of the item’s cost only.  At this time, Tecotto is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is by the sender. Before you send the product back, please contact our awesome Custom Service at support@tecotto.com and provide your order number.

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds are processed within approximately three 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the US Site.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees

Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Faulty Garment 
We will always do our best to recreate your personalised item and re ship you a new one. In the unlikely event that we cannot re create your item we will give you a full refund.

 

Exchanges

Tecotto is on-demand production company. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
