Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused article of merchandise purchased on Tecotto.com within 30 days of the delivery date.

The article you wish to return:

  • must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
  • must be sent in its original packaging;
  • must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time;
     

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

Here’s how to return:

1.   Use the original returnable package if not damaged and place your return in a securely sealed shipping container. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records – you can find it on your packing list.
2.   Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured and affix your shipping label.
3.   Use any carrier of your preference, but please NOTE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is by the sender. Before you send the product back, please contact our awesome Custom Service at support@tecotto.com and provide your order number.

Sales on items such as underwear, towels, socks, decor pieces are FINAL.

Exchanges

Tecotto is on-demand production company. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
